Workshop Wednesday: Breaking Down Walls Of Change Management
Each Wednesday we post a photograph that illustrates some of our work.
This one shows the output of a team event we setup to help a group prepare for changing work environments from uniform enclosed private offices to more diverse adaptable spaces. 100 people swinging sledge hammers for an hour while eating BBQ did wonders for morale, but more importantly gave folks a safe way to off-gas about the change. We followed up with events exploring how mindsets, expectations, and behaviors might have to adapt, and supported teams through that to find their new ‘normal’.
Check back next Wednesday for another perspective on how we work.
